About the Presenters:

Dr. L.A. “Doc” McCrae (he/they):
A licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor, peer recovery specialist, and carceral epidemiologist, Doc specializes in navigating complex PTSD, recovery, and trauma. A neurodivergent, Black, queer, trans, non-binary man, Doc brings lived experience and deep expertise to help participants confront and heal the traumas that hold them back. -
Tanisha A. McCrae (she/her):
A mental health professional with extensive experience working with women, queer individuals, and couples, Tanisha specializes in trauma, addiction, and crisis intervention. Her work is guided by her lived experiences as a Black, queer woman, ensuring a compassionate, inclusive approach.
